Reduce Injury and Improve Performance

Sports rehab is one of the services offered at Be Fit. We are helping our athletic community bridge the gap between maximized performance and injury prevention.

The single biggest mistake that most athletes make is that they think strength and agility programs alone will fix performance deficits! Although injuries are common in young athletes, they typically receive these strength and agility programs. However, it is sports rehabilitation therapy that can:

We are seeing an increase in weakness areas that are due to tight joints and not just a weakness that can be strengthened. By fixing the joint capsule tightness or reducing the restrictions we are seeing:
