We have recently had some interest in starting up a group Senior Fit Class!
This class is designed to condition the body in a fun and safe way for seniors. Whether you want to make your daily activities a little easier or you want to be a little healthier, this class is a great program that is both fun and challenging. We use a variety of exercises that will stretch and strengthen the body from the inside out.
