All purchased packages and individual classes are non-refundable: If a client no longer needs the session(s) in their package, we can provide an in-office credit for the remaining balance which can be applied toward other eligible self-pay services.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. No-shows will be charged full price.
