MARY FRENCH
Mary is a STOTT Advanced Level Trainer and has been teaching fitness for 40 years. Since TRX uses a Pilates base, Mary also became a TRX trainer 15 years ago. While reading Pilates Style Magazine, Mary ran across an article highlighting the benefits of the MELT Method. Mary was so entrigued that she became a MELT instructor, and she just completed her level 5 training, the top level, in Utah this summer. She has a strong passion for educating others about the benefits of MELT & Pilates. Along with teaching fitness to adults, she loves educating children. She just retired from teaching in Downers Grove for 32 years.
