Mary is an AFAA certified trainer and has been teaching fitness for 33 years. During this time she realized her love for Pilates, and became a STOTT level 1 & 2 instructor 15 years ago. Since TRX uses a Pilates base, Mary also became a TRX trainer 5 years ago and 3 years later became a MELT instructor to help others ease every day pain. She has a strong passion for educating others about the benefits of MELT & Pilates. Along with teaching fitness to adults, she currently teaches physical education here in Downers Grove.
