Helen received her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2000 and has over 19 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy.  She has advanced clinical skills in manual therapy, kinesiotaping, and myofascial release. She has also dedicated the last 14 years focusing her expertise on women's health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She loves to help her patients improve in their physical capacities. Her goal is to help them be well physically, emotionally, and mentally. When she is not working, Helen stays active traveling with her husband, enjoys various water sports (jet skiing, wake surfing, paddle boarding, swimming), and participates in charity runs, triathlons, and obstacle course races.
