The Single Biggest mistake that most athletes make is that they think that Strength and Agility Programs alone will fix performance deficits! Although injuries are common in young athletes, typical treatment is to turn to strength and Agility Programs to improve and maximize performance.

We are seeing an increase weakness areas that are due to tight joints and not just a weakness that can be strengthened. By fixing the joint capsule tightness or reducing the restrictions we are seeing:

  • Improved Squats
  • High Jumps
  • Throwing velocity
  • Running Power
  • Running Distance
  • Improved Hip/Back Mobility for Dance, Golf and Crossfit PRE’s
  • Reduction in Injuries

When an athlete is injured it results in time off the field and early off season. Time will make the injury feel better, but against popular belief it will not FIX the underlying problem that caused the injury in the first place. We can see dysfunction through video analysis and special testing that we have developed for the following sports to prevent an injury and improve performance.
