MELT Method 4-Part Series

Simply put, this MELT Method series teaches natural and effective skills that you can use to relieve your pain! Specifically, the four-week MELT series focuses on fascia, or connective tissue, to address common pains of the foot, lower back, neck, and more! Come join me.
MELT involves the use of a soft foam ball and a soft foam roller, in the same way that people use a door post to scratch their backs. Here’s an overview of the classes:
Weeks 1 & 2: Upper Body
Full- & mini-hand treatment with the ball; then the upper body sequence with the roller
Weeks 3 & 4: Lower Body
Full- & mini-foot treatment with the ball; then the lower body sequence with the roller
Each week the clients will receive a MELT Map relating to the sequence we covered in class so they can go home and practice. I check in with them throughout the week to see how their homework is coming along & if they have any concerns that I can address.
