PILATES REFORMER CLASS

This class is on a reformer in a small setting of only 3-5 students. This class offers a full body workout while targeting the abs with each exercise. We use exercise techniques to lengthen your body, improve your posture, enhance flexibility to your muscles, improve spinal mobility, and strengthen your arms, legs, buttocks, abs, and back.
Instructors: Mary French
Class Length: 10 classes per session, classes run consecutively.
