Quick Fixes for Headaches

Smooth the tips of your fingers over your forehead, working from the center to the temples.  Now place your palm on your forehead with your fingers pointing horizontally and gently move it up toward your hairline.  Repeat with the other hand and continue until the tension ebbs away.

New Location Is Coming Along!

The Pilates Cadillac

The Pilates Cadillac has many uses.  Be Fit uses the machine for both private Pilates lessons and incorporates the Cadillac into physical therapy as well.  You can isolate almost every muscle group on the machine – it is an excellent tool for breaking down motion into small pieces to restore correct motion patterns.

Sugar As You’ve Never Seen It Before

A Unique Way To Present This… 

4.2 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 cube ! 

Someone ought to get an award for this.

It into perspective quickly, doesn’t it?
